Fall Series
Groups for Expanded
States of Consciousness

Welcome to Our Groups

This fall, join an intimate community exploration of expanded states of consciousness and the wisdom they offer for healing, growth, and transformation. These groups are open to those with lived experience in altered states through dreams, meditation, psychedelic journeys, or ceremonial practices.

Our groups offer a space for intentional self-discovery, designed for exploring expanded states of awareness and seeking meaning in their experiences. Each group is a safe, respectful space where participants can share, reflect, and connect with others on a similar path.

While spiritual emergence and breakthroughs can be deeply meaningful, these groups are not clinical crisis spaces. If you are currently in acute emotional distress or in need of crisis stabilization, we recommend working with an individual therapist before joining a group.

About Facilitator

Drawing from somatic, psychodynamic, cross-cultural, shamanic, and Sufi traditions, Zumrad Masar, LCSW holds space for meaning-making, integration, and embodied insight. Working with expanded states of consciousness — whether accessed through psychedelics, deep meditation, trauma release, or dreams — can open us to profound healing, insight, and transformation. These experiences can also be destabilizing or confusing without the right support.
