MORE ABOUT DREAMWORK
Dreamwork is a process of exploring and unpacking the meaning and symbolism of dreams to gain insight into our innermost thoughts, emotions, and desires. Dreamwork involves using various techniques to interpret and understand the messages and symbols present in our dreams. The goal of dreamwork is to gain greater self-awareness, personal growth, and insight into our lives.
In this workshop you will learn:

What is dreamwork
-
Types of dreams

Dreamwork approaches
Recent neuroscientific findings have indeed suggested that dreams are related to the limbic system and emotional processing in the brain. The limbic system is responsible for regulating emotions, motivation, and memory, among other functions. During REM sleep, when most dreaming occurs, there is increased activity in the limbic system and other regions of the brain associated with emotion processing.

Research also suggests that during dreaming, the brain engages in self-related and internally generated processing, particularly in the visual and sensory areas. This internal processing may help to consolidate memories, process emotions, and integrate new experiences with existing knowledge.

Contemporary psychoanalysis also suggests that dreams play an important role in the psyche. According to this perspective, dreams serve the purpose of re-integrating and re-structuring the integrity of the psyche, allowing individuals to process unconscious conflicts, emotions, and desires. In this view, dreams offer a window into the unconscious mind and can help individuals gain insight into their innermost thoughts and feelings.
